Our talented Chefs have developed menus that feature freshly harvested vegetables and fruits from our fields and other local farms. Our seasonal menus provide each event with local, organic, and handmade selections of grass-fed, pasture-raised meats and dairy, wild-caught seafood, and the freshest handmade selections from local artisans.
